The smart features of Gmail you should know

Gmail has many small smart features not everyone knows, including some utilities that users should not ignore.

Snooze

Sometimes when you receive an email but don't want to reply and want it back after a specified date and time, the Snooze function will be extremely meaningful.
Very simple, just right-click on the email, then click Snooze and select the time the user wants to snooze. If the listed times do not match the user's schedule, they can change the default Snooze in Google Keep (which will also apply in Gmail).

Snooze will allow users to delay email for a period of time

Go to Google Keep, then click the cog icon and select Settings, change Reminder Defaults to anything that suits you.

Smart Reply

This is the feature to provide quick response made available related to the email that the user receives. It is a time-saving tool, but this depends on the content of the smart response available and the language in which it works. To activate, users can access the settings of Gmail, then navigate to the Smart Reply section in the General tab and activate it.

Security

Confidential Mode allows users to send individual messages with two-factor authentication, so the recipient will be required to confirm SMS to open them. Users can also set an expiration date on these emails to receive a time limit link with the email in question. Users can see this mode by clicking on the clock / lock icon on the email editing window.
For added security, users can control the recipients' rights to forward, download, copy and even print emails.

Manage spam

There are many insights that Google claims can protect against 99.99% of fraudulent emails and emails. More noticeably, when a user places an email in a spam folder, Gmail will now ask the user if he wants to try or not to escape his or her name from the email sender. In addition, if Gmail discovers that the user never opened an email from some regular sender, it will now ask if the user wants to block the sender.

Gmail's spam management is also quite smart

There are many smaller things going on in Gmail, such as replying to or tracking unanswered emails, but it's clear these features are quite prominent.
