Vivo announced the Y21T mid-range smartphone earlier this month. It was essentially the Y21 version with a different chipset and a few days later it introduced the Y21T with a larger screen, higher refresh rate and less RAM in India.

 Now vivo has further expanded its Y series smartphone portfolio with the Y33.

Y33T is priced at 18,990 INR. This price makes vivo Y33T cheaper than the list price of Nokia G50 but has a more attractive hardware configuration.

Vivo Y33T . Configuration

Vivo Y33T is actually an Indian version of Y21T with more RAM (8GB + 4GB virtual), higher resolution selfie camera (16MP) and 60Hz screen. The rest of the specs remain the same, meaning you'll get a Snapdragon 680 SoC, a 6.58-inch FullHD+ LCD, Funtouch OS 12, and 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD card.

vivo has not revealed the Android version on the Y33T, but the tech world predicts that it is running Android 11 like India's Y21T. The back of vivo Y33T has a camera system consisting of a 50MP main unit, 2MP depth, and a 2MP macro unit.

Vivo Y33T has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that can be charged via USB-C with up to 18W output. The device has two color options - Mirror Black and Midday Dream.

Currently Vivo Y33T is ready to go on sale but it is not clear when it will come to other markets.
