After the 5th Series sold earlier this year, Samsung continued to bring to the market an upgrade version with the price from VND 19.9 million for 13-inch screens and VND 23.9 million for 14-inch screens. This is one of the first laptops running Ivy Bridge chips in the domestic market.

Samsung's new machine is equipped with a powerful configuration with HDD capacity up to 750GB with 24GB SSD, Intel Core i5 3317U processor, 4GB RAM memory can be upgraded to 8GB. In particular, 14-inch version is also equipped with optical drive and discrete graphics Nvidia GeForce GT 620M Graphics rarely seen on ultrabook. In addition, the upgraded Series 5 is notable for its quick boot, taking only 2 seconds to recover from 'Sleep' and 7 seconds from ' Hibernate' status.

Samsung said that the new product will target businessmen and offices, especially those who have a habit of frequently moving. The new Samsung Series 5 Ultra keeps the ultra-slim and compact design with a silver-gray cover. Although light and thin, the metal frame of the device still feels solid when held in hand.

The device uses SuperBright 300nit LED HD anti-glare LED display, this technology ensures detailed and sharp visibility in many different lighting conditions.
