Step 1 : Open the document file to set a password and select File
Step 2: In the Info window, select Protect Document and then select Encrypt with Password
Step 3: A small window appears, enter your password and click OK .
Next enter the password again and click OK:
So our document has been password protected, now please save the document and turn it off.
Now when you open the document, there will be a dialog box asking you to enter the password, after entering the correct password, the content of the new document displays:
To delete the password, you do the same as step 1 and step 2, then in step 3 you clear the password and click OK. Finally you click Save the document is okay.
