And to save time in working with everyday documents, office workers in the workplace should take advantage and know the shortcut keys in Word below:
1. File
Ctrl + O = Ctrl + F12 = Ctrl + Alt + F2: Open a saved text file
Ctrl + N: open a new text file
Ctrl + W = Ctrl + F4: close the current window
Alt + F4: close the whole program
Ctrl + S = F12 = Save as: save the text
Ctrl + F2: print preview (Print Preview)
Ctrl + Shift + F12 = Ctrl + P: print text
Alt + Ctrl + I: Go to the print preview
Arrow keys: move around the print preview page when zooming in.
Page up or page down: move around the print preview page when zoomed out.
CTRL + Home: go to the first print preview page when zoomed out.
CTRL + End: Go to the last print preview page when zoomed out.
Ctrl +: move the mouse pointer up and down: zoom in or out on the screen
Ctrl + G: Perform a quick-moving function
Alt + Ctrl + S: separate document window.
Alt + Shift + C = Alt + Ctrl + S: Remove split document window.

Ctrl + D: call font dialog to format text
Ctrl + Shift + F: go to change font
Ctrl + Shift + P: go to change the font size
Ctrl + B: create bold letters
Ctrl + I: Create italic text
Ctrl + B + I: Create italic text
Ctrl + U: create single underline text
Ctrl + Shift + D: create double underlined letters
Ctrl + Shift + W: Create an underlined word for each word
3. Copy, paste, cut (Copy, copy, paste text)
Copy, paste, cut (Copy, copy, paste text)
Ctrl + X: Cut the highlighted data
Ctrl + C: copy text
Ctrl + V: paste the copied or cut data.
4. Data recovery after an action
Ctrl + Z: return to previous step before making a mistake.
Ctrl + Y: Undo operation
5. Search alternative data
Ctrl + F: perform a search function
Ctrl + H = Alt + A + T: perform an alternate function
6. Highlight text
Ctrl + A: highlight the whole text
Ctrl + Shift + Home: highlight from cursor position to the beginning of the text
Ctrl + Shift + [End]: highlight from the cursor position to the end of the text
Shifi + Home [End]: highlight one line
7. Align the text
Ctrl + L: Justify text to the left
Ctrl + E: align the text in the middle
Ctrl + R: Justify text to the right
Ctrl + J: Justify text to the sides
Ctrl + M: increase the distance of the text from the left margin
Ctrl + T: indent from the 2nd paragraph onwards
Ctrl + Q: delete all alignment formatting of text
8. Increase the font size in text
Ctrl +] Increase text size by one unit
Ctrl + [Decrease the font size by one unit
Ctrl + Shift +> Increase font size quickly

9. Create indices above
Ctrl + Shift + =: create index on (ax 2 + bx + c = 0)
Ctrl + =: create subscript (H 2 0, H 2 SO 4 )
10. Insert the date and time
Alt + Shift + D Insert date
Alt + Shift + T Insert hours
11. Delete the text or an object
Backspace: delete a character in front of the blinking cursor
Ctrl + Backspace: delete a word in front of the blinking cursor
Delete: Delete a character behind the blinking cursor
Ctrl + Delete: delete a word behind the blinking cursor
12. Go to the specific item in the directory
Ctrl + G: go to a page, bookmark, footnote, table, note, graphic or other location.
Alt + Ctrl + Z: switch between the four locations you recently edited
13. Check spelling and review the changes in the text
Alt + R, C: insert a comment (in the editing task pane).
Ctrl + Shift + E: enable or disable change tracking.
Alt + Shift + C: Close the playback pane if it is open.
Alt + R, then down arrow to move to the command on this tab: choose to review the card on the tape.
Alt + R, S: choose spelling and grammar
