Microsoft promised to fix the Surface Pro 3 error too hot and restarted itself

Immediately after having complained about the Surface Pro 3 error was too hot and restarted when using, Microsoft has voiced about this incident and promised to handle the error in the shortest time.

Specifically, many customers after purchasing the Surface Pro 3 Core i7 have complained about the cooling fan on the device is always operating at full capacity but the machine is still overloaded and restarted itself. This issue mainly occurs on 1428 and 1429 series ( serial number on the back of the device ).

On the Microsoft side after receiving the information, the company immediately responded. According to Microsoft, the Surface Pro 3 is the first tablet to offer a powerful Core i7 chip inside a lightweight body. Therefore, the chips in these models require radiator fans to rotate regularly and at high speeds. It is perfectly acceptable for the device to become 'warm'.

The company also acknowledged that some Surface Pro 3 machines have a temporary restart error and show a wrong 'thermometer' icon. The system activated this phenomenon earlier than usual and only when the device restarts. The above phenomenon will not occur when the machine has finished booting and is in use.

According to Microsoft, only a few devices have the above error and the company promises to fix it as soon as possible. However, the exact time has not been revealed by Microsoft. Maybe the error will be fixed in the next patch on 9/9 or no later.
