iPhone 16 Pro Max reveals CAD renders with 6.9-inch screen and super-large size
Because the screen size has increased from 6.7 inches to 6.9 inches, the iPhone 16 Pro Max also has a significantly increased body size compared to its predecessor.
Apple is rushing to prepare for the launch of the iPhone 15 series this fall. Earlier, the 9To5Mac site revealed that the iPhone 16 Pro Max will have a larger screen than the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The upcoming iPhone 15 series is not expected to have an Ultra version, while the iPhone 16 series is expected to have one. Last year, Apple also released the first generation Ultra watch.
According to the CAD image, the iPhone 16 Pro Max model, aka iPhone 16 Ultra, will have a screen size of about 6.9 inches and a significantly larger body size. The phone is expected to have a height of 165mm and a width of 77.2mm. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is predicted to have a height of 159.8mm and a width of 76.7mm.
Except for iPhone 16 Ultra, iPhone 16, 16 Plus and 16 Pro will have screens of 6.1 inches, 6.7 inches and 6.3 inches, respectively. Compared to the iPhone 15 Pro, the iPhone 16 Pro will have a larger screen because it will be equipped with an additional periscope lens.
