Insert audio into Word documents
Sometimes you want your presentation to be more lively, to attract readers or you want to provide specific audio proof that you can add sound to your text. The operation is very simple but very good effect.
Step 1: Click the Insert tab -> Object .
Step 2: The Object dialog box appears, select the Creat From File tab , File name -> Browse, select the path to the music file to insert.
Step 3: Browse dialog box appears -> select the file to be inserted -> Insert .
- You can change the icon displaying music files by clicking Change Icon .
- After selecting OK , the result:
- To open the music file you double-click the icon.
