Following the success of the G62t model, HP continues to release two new models with similar designs but different in screen sizes are G42t and G72t.

G42t version owns 14 inch screen size resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels with hardware equipment including optional Core i3 or i5 processor, Intel GMA HD graphics chip, RAM upgrade to 4GB DDR3, 640 GB hard drive, DVD burner or Blu-ray drive.
HT G42t weighs 2.2 kg with 6 cell battery included and is preinstalled with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Available in choice colors are pearl white, light brown and silver with prices starting at about 549 USD on HP sales website.

Meanwhile, G72t version is equipped with 17.3 inch screen with HD resolution of 1,600 x 900 pixels and hardware configuration including Core i3 or i5 processor (maximum is Core i5-54-M) , Intel GMA HD integrated graphics chip or ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5430 discrete card, 4GB DDR3 RAM memory, 640GB maximum hard drive and DVD read / write optical drive.
The HP G72t has a weight of 2.99 kg with a 6-cell battery included and pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Pricing starts at around $ 599 on HP's sales website.
