Step 1: Download and install  FastStone Capture

If you don't already have it, please download and install it.

- Click on the Screen Recorder icon.

Step 2: The Screen Recorder dialog box will appear with the following options:

- Window/Object : Rotate the selected window or object.

- Rectangular Area : Rotate a custom area.

- Full Screen Without Taskbar : Record the entire screen without the taskbar.

- Full Screen : Record the entire screen (show everything).

- Record : Start recording.

- Options : Configure settings.

- Exit : Exit the recording mode.

Step 3: In the Options section , you can customize:

- Frame rate.

- Image quality.

- Change the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+F11) in Hotkey .

Step 4: Press Record to start recording. To continue, select Start .

Step 5: After selecting Start  , screen recording will begin. Press Resume to continue recording, Save to save, and Discard to exit without saving.

Note: When saving, choose a folder and name the video.

Some frequently asked questions about FastStone Capture:

Answer: If you forget to save the video and turn off the device, unfortunately you cannot recover the recorded video. FastStone Capture does not automatically save videos.

Answer: To improve video quality, adjust the quality settings in Options (e.g., good, better, best). Additionally, close unnecessary applications to free up system resources.

Answer: In the Options section of Screen Recorder, select the audio source you want to record. For example, select "microphone + speaker" to record only from the microphone or from the computer.
