GifCam - Create animated GIFs from videos quickly and for free.

Step 1:  Download the application software (no installation required).

After downloading, proceed with the software installation. GifCam's interface is quite simple, intuitive, and easy to use, even for beginners.



Step 2:  Record a video with GifCam.

Launch GifCam, then adjust the size to fit the frame you want to record. Click Rec to record, and click Stop to stop.



Step 3:  Customize the video.

To edit the video, press the Edit button; a window will open. Right-click anywhere in the window to open the menu, as shown below. Here you can change some options such as deleting certain frames from the video by selecting the "Delete This Frame" menu.



Here you can also insert text into the frame for notes by selecting "Add Text". Then write your desired text and drag and drop it to the appropriate place on the frame.

Step 4:  Save the file as desired, or you can export it as an AVI file
