The first step to creating a Public Account is to visit here.

To ensure that your application is accepted, please provide:

• Valid business email address.
• Valid website URLs and social media links.
• Phone number with Viber account activated.

When you apply, the Public Account team will review. And if approved, you will receive an email with a link to Viber Admin Panel, where you will create your Public Account. A new account can only be created from the administrator's control panel.
