Open the Settings app and go to Devices group of settings . Select Touchpad tab . To be sure, look at the top of this screen. There will be a message confirming that you are using a high-precision Touchpad. If your computer is not available, this dialog box will not appear.

Scroll down or look at the right side of this screen to find the ' Advanced gesture configuration ' option.
