The Tegra R840 continues to target business users with a 25% thinner design and 20% lighter than its predecessor Tegra M11. This is also the thinnest laptop model in Toshiba's 14-inch Tegra line so far.
Not only lighter, lighter, this new laptop model also possesses High Stifness Resin structure which helps the machine resist bending, buckling and increasing the life and durability of the product.
In the test of HALT durability, the R840 is resistant to impact when falling at a height of 0.76 meters, under pressure equivalent to 100kg on the LCD screen cover and 30ml water overflow.
One of the models sold in Vietnam is equipped with Core i5-2410M chip, 4GB RAM, 500GB hard disk speed 7,200 minutes, a one-year global warranty with reference retail price of 22,600,000 VND (excluding VAT) .

After introducing a series of laptops like Portege R830, E300 series or L700 series a few weeks ago, Toshiba has again introduced laptops to business users Tegra R840.
This model is equipped with anti-glare screen 14 inch standard HD LED backlight.
The front of the design machine is still floating.
The Tegra R840 owns the trackpad in the middle like the ThinkPad.
The R840 (below) is lighter than many of its predecessors above the M11.
The device is fully equipped with connectivity ports, from HDMI, eSATA, VGA, USB 2.0 .
. to USB 3.0 and optical drive (R840 below).
In addition to Tegra R840, Toshiba also displayed the Portege R830 model.
This model is also upgraded to a maximum of hardware, improved performance and out-of-screen performance compared to last year's R700.
