HP announced Chromebook using Tegra K1 processor
HP has just officially unveiled the Chromebook 14 G3 14-x050nr model with touch screen, powerful NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor and 4GB of RAM.
The processor equipped for Chromebook 14 G3 14-x050nr is NVIDIA Tegra K1 based on Kepler architecture with 192 CUDA cores. NVIDIA SHIELD tablet is also equipped with this processor. With 4GB of RAM and Tegra K1 processor, the G3 14-x050nr can completely meet the heavy gaming demands of users' laptops.
In addition to providing game processing performance, Tegra K1 also helps to handle the content displayed on the 14-inch touch screen with Full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) of G3 14-x050nr. As a result, users will experience smooth, pleasant movie viewing. Meanwhile, the touch screen will help users control and navigate Chromebooks in cases of inconvenience using the trackpad.
Chromebook 14 G3 14-x050nr also has features that users can find on other Chromebook models such as WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity, microSD card slot, one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports and one HDMI port. Regarding storage, the G3 14-x050nr provides users with 32GB of internal memory.
Unfortunately, the G3 14-x050nr has a higher price than most current Chromebook models. Currently Chromebook 14 G3 14-x050nr is already available on HP's website for $ 440 (VND 9.4 million).
