It uses the second generation Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 chips and a high-speed 7200 RPM hard drive. The visual experience is enhanced by the discrete AMD Radeon graphics processor with 1 GB of graphics memory, powerful enough to allow the display connection to four screens at a time.
TECRA R840 is built in High Stiffness Resin structure, reinforcing the computer case with beams attached to the laptop, making the system solid, resisting curvature. In the HALT durability tests carried out at TÜV Rheinland, an independent testing institute in Germany, the TECRA R840 series is capable of withstanding a drop from 0.76 m high, withstand pressure of 100 kg on the screen cover LCD and water spill to 30 ml keyboard without affecting data stored on the device.
