Tips should try in Gmail
Google's e-mail service is equipped with many interesting and useful features but not everyone knows as if it automatically exits from a remote account, using keyboard shortcuts .
If you open a mailbox on your computer at a library, airport, cafe, or your home . but forget to exit, users can still sign-out remotely. Last Gmail has the line " Last activity on your account ", click on " Details " to check where the account is logged, on which IP address, at what time and select " Sign out all other sessions " to exit from far.
To avoid spamming dozens of e-mails in an exchange between a group (reply all), users can turn on the Smart Mute button in item b. Then, the new e-mail will only appear in your inbox if your e-mail address is in the " To ", " Cc " position or you are the only recipient.
If you're away and can't access your mailbox, you can use the auto-reply feature in Gmail. To activate, go to Mail Settings , select General , click Vacation Responder On near the bottom of the page, select the time, write the message and click Save Changes .
Users can quickly perform some operations such as pressing c to compose a new e-mail, press the / to search . after going to Mail Settings and turning on " Keyboard shortcuts on ". (Refer to the list of shortcuts for Gmail).
You can allow others to read your mail by going to Mail Settings , selecting Accounts and Import, and entering the other mailbox address. If they agree, they can read and reply to letters that help you right on their account.
When chatting in Gmail, conversations are automatically saved. If you don't want to save a conversation, just select " Off the record " by clicking on the Action menu.
Gmail users should enable useful " Undo " tools in Gmail Labs to prevent them from pressing the Send button when they haven't finished writing e-mail or feel regretful when sending. The system will notify you that the e-mail is being sent and if you want to Cancel. Even if the e-mail has been delivered to the recipient's mailbox, you can still retrieve it in a few seconds.
