Oil drillers discovered a UFO hovering for 10 minutes in what is believed to be an alien base

Images allegedly taken of UFOs hovering over oil rigs near Mexico received great attention. Locals believe a flooded alien base is located just a few miles away.

A pair of UFOs have been spotted soaring over an oil rig off the coast of Mexico, which locals believe is a secret underwater alien base.

Specifically, a crew member of the ship near Tampico took two photos - one showing the saucer-shaped ship with glowing lights surrounding the base and the other showing a triangular design and three lights at the bottom.

Witnesses said the UFOs 'hovered for about 10 minutes and then 'launched immediately', a source told DailyMail.com.

Tampico locals believe an alien underwater base has protected them from storms for more than 50 years. These images were taken in October 2023 but were recently posted online.

DailyMail.com spoke to oil driller 'Pat' who obtained photos and information about the sighting from a colleague on another rig who was stationed in Tampico a few months before he arrive. Pat said: 'My contact said the UFO appeared while they were placing the oil rig's feet on the seabed.' A rig, also known as a 'jack-up', is a barge equipped with three long supporting legs that can be raised or lowered.

One of the images shows a saucer-shaped object hanging in the night sky and towering above the oil rig. When you look closely at the object, you'll see at least 10 circular lights swirling around the bottom - the only part actually visible in the photo.

While the oil driller said the remaining UFO was triangular in shape, the only clue to its design was the arrangement of three lights at its base. A user mid-1980s.

The SR 91 Aurora, a highly secret aircraft in development since 1989, is believed to be the successor to Lockheed Martin's Mach 3.35 SR-71 Blackbird that was retired in 1989. 1998.

By comparison, extreme reports suggest that Aurora could reach Mach 11.8. However, there is no evidence that this military aircraft was ever built or flown - suggesting the image taken above the oil rig cannot be of a top-secret fighter jet.

When Pat arrives in Tampico, he discovers the locals' belief in an underwater alien base called Amupac, claiming that otherworldly beings are their protectors. 'My rig has only been here a short time,' he said. 'After I discovered the local people's strong belief in aliens protecting them, I discussed it with a person who worked as a liaison between our two rigs. Then he told me about the meetings. Then he sent me the pictures.'

The submerged base is said to be located a few miles from Miramar beach and neighboring communities believe that extraterrestrial 'guests' have sat below the surface, protecting them from natural disasters. And hurricanes did not hit the area during that time.

The legend began in 1967 when local newspaper El Sol de Tampico published a story with the headline Flying Saucers Over Tampico.

The article said that 'thousands of residents' had seen objects in the sky, quoting the local airport's control tower staff who counted 'nine unidentified objects'.
