As part of Nokia's " Microsoft " image plan in Vietnam, US technology companies have begun to gradually shift access to Nokia devices and services to a new website address.
Specifically, the Nokia website is still accessible from nokia.com, but the links within this site all lead to Microsoft's website. Not only in Vietnam, Microsoft also does the same for Nokia website in other markets. On the home page of nokia.com, there is also a message saying: " Discover our new website. Nokia devices and services have moved to a new website ".
A few months ago, many dealers in Ho Chi Minh City have removed the Nokia logo to replace it with the Microsoft logo. To avoid causing " confusion " for Vietnamese users, Microsoft still uses blue and white colors ( which are the two main colors on the previous Nokia logo ).
Carrying out the brand identity transfer is quite urgent, but on Lumia products, Microsoft has not yet "died" of Nokia brand. On recently launched Windows Phone models like Lumia 730 and Lumia 830, the Nokia logo still appears discreetly on the back of the case, on the front and back corners of the device. It seems that Microsoft has not yet intended to put its logo on the product this year.
