According to Neowin , in Windows 8.1, Microsoft has just released to users, they have integrated Skype application into this operating system. However, not long after that many users complained that, when using Skype, this application often encountered a sudden crash.
In Microsoft's support website, it is said that this error is only really encountered when the computer system uses Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphics processor.
Currently, to fix this error, Windows 8.1 users with 32-bit or 64-bit versions can access this address to download the free update to the computer.
Microsoft also noted that this error is only encountered in Windows 8.1 operating system, especially for Windows RT 8.1 is normal.
