- Click Skip .
- Use your Microsoft account to login, or create an offline account. Here I choose to create an offline account - click on Offline account .
- Enter the user name on the computer and click Next .
- Enter the password you want to set and then click Next .
- Choose to use Cortana as a personal assistant or not. I choose not - press Decline .
- Choose to synchronize other devices through activity history or not. I chose No .
