US network operator T-Mobile has filed a lawsuit against smartphone maker Huawei Technologies (China), on charges of stealing technology.
The lawsuit was filed in court in Seattle , in which T-Mobile said that Huawei ( China ) employees, formerly a T-Mobile provider, had unauthorized access to the lab. T-Mobile is in Bellevue , stealing components from a smartphone testing robot called Tappy, and copying design details and operating systems. All of these acts violate the signed security agreements of the two companies.

T-Mobile did not specify the total amount of damages it wanted to compensate. The above violations of Huawei employees took place in 2012 and 2013.
William Plummer, a representative of the Chinese company, admitted the two employees had acted wrongly and were fired. " Complaints are true," Huawei representatives said. "Huawei respects T-Mobile's litigation and we will cooperate fully with all investigations and court procedures to protect our rights and interests ."
