HP will also produce ultrabooks like Asus.

The definition of Ultrabook was first introduced by Intell at Computex 2011. Basically, this device is highly mobile with more powerful performance than netbooks, but the battery life is as good as that of a small computer that has "done it" for a while.

According to Intel, ultrabook must be the device weighing only 0.9 to 1.3 kg, almost instant boot, SSD or flash memory, Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge chips and integrated 3G connectivity or 4G.

The first computer model recognized under the ultrabook line from Intel is the Asus UX 21 with two versions of 11.6-inch and 13-inch screens. The machine weighs only 1.08 kg and 0.3 to 1.7 cm thin. UX21 uses solid-state storage drive, Intel Core i5 or i7 processor.

Asus did not announce the official launch date of this model but according to many reliable sources, UX21 may be released in September. Meanwhile, two models of ultrabook from HP are likely to be available in the market in July. or this August.
