ASUS UX21 ultra-thin laptop costs under $ 1,000

The Commercial Times recently revealed that the highly anticipated ASUS UX21 ultra-thin laptop will cost less than $ 1,000.

This is part of the competitive pricing strategy of Asus, when Taiwanese computer company always aims to apply the price of only 80-90% compared to the selling price of comparable products from Apple.

At a price of less than $ 1,000, surely ASUS UX21 will have more appeal before the ultra-thin MacBook Air of "Apple."

Both products have incredible thickness of only 17mm.

With the second-generation processor of Intel Core i5 or i7, UX21 promises power not less competitive than the MacBook Air.

Some basic technical information of Asus' new ultra-thin laptop includes 1.1kg volume, 11.6 inch screen size, SATA III and USB 3.0 SSD connections.

Currently Asus is making a strong impression on the market when it often breaks records of selling prices.

At the Computex Technology Fair 2011, Asus introduced the Eee PC X101 notebook, which costs just $ 200.
