How to print documents directly from a smartphone or tablet

Step 4:

Go to the new interface, click the Search printers item so the application can search for printers in the same WiFi network connected. A list of printers appears, click on the correct printer, then click Add to connect the printer and press PCL below.

PCL is a language support feature on laser printers. The models that support PCL are all updated with ePrint.

Step 5:

Next, we will proceed to print documents, web pages, images available on mobile devices. You open the document contents to print and click Print settings. In the screen of the Print settings screen, users can adjust the printer's features to produce the text after printing to the user properly, such as print size, page overflow mode, color printing mode, 2-sided printing , format the page to print horizontally or vertically, . When everything has been adjusted, click Print to print the document.

Method 2: Use printer management software

Currently, some printers such as HP and Canon support applications for printing right on smartphones. We also need to connect the printer and the phone to the same WiFi network. Just check if the printer you are using provides a print application on your smartphone, then connect to the WiFi network with the printer.

After selecting the correct application for the HP or Canon printer manufacturer, we launch the application.
