How to hide images in Microsoft Word for easier reading

An image in a Microsoft Word document can replace thousands of words, but sometimes you want to quickly see the document, it can interfere with fast scrolling, especially on multi-image documents. Step 1 : Open Microsoft Word, go to File> Options> Advanced Tab .

Step 2 : On the Advanced tab, select the Show picture placeholders option under the Show document content section .

Step 3 : Click OK on the dialog box to save the settings and return to the document. Now all images in your document will be replaced with a white box.
