Ensure WiFi and Bluetooth are enabled

In order for the Continuity Camera to work, both Mac and iOS devices must have WiFi and Bluetooth enabled. On iOS devices, such as iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi status can be revealed by swiping down from the top right of the screen - making sure that both WiFi and Bluetooth icons are bright (the icon is blue).
