Error Camera icon on iPhone 7/7 Plus lost after iOS 10 update, this is how to fix the error

Apple iPhone Camera is Live Photo capture application (iPhone 7 / 7Plus, iPhone 6S / 6S Plus), Slo motions, Panorama, Portrait mode (iPhone 7 Plus), and more. The iPhone Camera app works by being integrated on the operating system and the Camera icon cannot be erased. However, after upgrading to iOS 10, quite a lot of users reflect that the Camera app icon on the system is missing, no longer appears.

Fix the lost Camera icon on iPhone 7 and 7 Plus

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. On the Settings window, find and click General (general settings).

3. On the next window, scroll down to find and click Restrictions (limited password). You will be asked to enter 4 limited password characters.

Note that this limited password and password on the iPhone lock screen is different.

4. At the Allow tab , find and switch Camera status to ON .

Finally press the Home button to return to the main screen and check whether the Camera application icon appears or not.

Note:

If Restrictions doesn't work in this case, you should reset the Reset Home Screen layout to rearrange the icons to the initial default setting status. And the Camera icon will appear on the first screen of the iPhone.

Visit Settings => General => Reset => Reset Home Screen Layout .

Do the same steps if the Safari and FaceTime browser icons are lost after iOS 10 update.
