Open the menu next to Flags and select the Refresh option. Use the Relaunch button to restart Chrome (save anything you need before doing this). When Chrome restarts, the color in the title bar will return.

Reason

It can be seen that in some previous versions of Chrome, Google changed the design of the browser. Chrome has added Material . Changes to the Settings page, Downloads page and History page happen quite slowly and they are just recently updated.

With Chrome 67, the new Material design is added as content that users can activate. Some users have enabled Material and that is the cause of the conflict. No matter what, changing the value of the Chrome flag will definitely fix the problem. You can return Flag to its previous value when the error is resolved.
