Users using Windows operating systems are very confused by many sources of information. It should be noted that the black screen error not only comes from Windows 7 but on most versions from Windows 2000 here. Therefore, you should not rush to remove Windows 7, instead perform some simple processing operations that Prevx instructs if you encounter every black image error when using:

- Restart the PC , log in to the system and wait . the black screen appears. However, make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.

- Press Ctrl + Alt + Del , Task Manager window appears (or select Start Task Manager if you're using Windows 7).

- In the Task Manager window select the Application tab, click " New Task " and type the command line:

"C: Program FilesInternet Exploreriexplore.exe" "http://info.prevx.com/download.asp?GRAB=BLACKSCREENFIX"

This command will open Internet Explorer browser window and download the Blackscreen Fix tool of Prevx error correction . If you get an error message due to a wrong path, a browser executable file cannot be found, you need to click the " Browse " button to find it and select OK . After the browser has finished downloading, you execute Blackscreen Fix to fix the black screen error. Restart the computer to complete the error correction process.
