How to delete browsing history on Safari

Managing browsing data is essential to maintain privacy and free up storage space on your iPhone. Each content on Safari will have different deletion operations to completely delete browsing history on the browser. Below are instructions for deleting browsing history on Safari.

Step 1:

On the Safari browser interface, click on the book icon as shown below.

Step 2:

Now the new interface appears, the user clicks on the clock icon to see all the websites that you have visited on the Safari browser. At this interface you can click to delete a website history, by dragging the website from right to left and then selecting Delete .

 

Step 3:

If you want to delete all browsing history on Safari , you click on the Delete button below will show the options to delete browsing history, including All time, Today and Yesterday, Today and Last hour.

Select the time you want to delete Safari browsing history and then click to perform.

From iOS 17 and above, when you delete Safari browsing history in Settings, there will be options for deletion time similar to when deleting directly in the browser.

Step 1:

You access Settings then click on Applications . We continue to select Safari browser to adjust.

 

Step 2:

In the settings interface, scroll down to the bottom and click Advanced . Then select Website Data to delete.

Step 3:

Shows a list of websites visited on Safari. Tap Edit in the top right corner and delete specific websites if you want. Or you can tap Clear All Website Data .
