Next, we click on the "Change Size" option , and below you will see many format conversion options.

 

Click on See More to expand the formatting options.

Step 3:

For example, we can convert this slide into a social media post on Instagram . We choose the size for the post we want to use with many options as shown below. Then click Copy & Resize or Resize this design .

 

You will then see the design converted to the format you selected. Click Open to open the new design format for the document.
