How to blur photos on Paint 3D
Paint 3D photo editing application possesses many more features and image editing tools. You can use the application to resize an image in Paint 3D or blur an image in Paint 3D with an area of your choice. Blurring images will help you secure personal information, or certain private content to avoid being exposed, thereby affecting you. Here is a guide to blur photos on Paint 3D application.
Instructions to blur photos on Paint 3D application
Step 1:
At the Paint 3D application interface, users click on New to create a new photo editor on the application. Next, we click the Menu button in the upper corner and then select Insert in the displayed list to import the image into the application.
Step 2:
In the image editing interface on Paint 3D, at the Brushes tab, click the Select tool to select the area to be blurred.
Step 3:
Then we proceed to delineate the area in the image you want to blur .
Next in the image area that you have circled, we will shrink this area to switch to the white area as shown below. The reduced image area should not be too small because it will be difficult to do for the next operation.
Step 4:
Continue to click on the Select tool , then will create a square around the image area to shrink and then enlarge to cover the white area . If you want that image area to have a larger opacity, just increase the size of the rectangular area by dragging it wider.
Finally, when you have completed the photo editing operation, click Save in the application's menu.
