1. Alignment in Word 2016

Word has quite a few available margin sizes to choose from.
1. Select the Layout tab , then click the Margins command .

Custom alignment in Word 2016
If the available margin options do not meet your requirements, you can customize the margins in the Page Setup box by following these steps:
Step 1: From the Layout tab > click Margins > select Custom Margins from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: The Page Setup window displays > set the desired margin value, press OK.
- Top: Top margin (should be 2-2.5cm)
- Left: Left margin (3-3.5cm)
- Bottom: Bottom margin (2-2.5cm)
- Right: Right margin (1.5-2cm)
Step 3: The document's margins will be changed.

2. Page orientation in Word 2016

1. Select the Layout tab , then click the Size command .
