Create Signatures That Match the Email Content in Gmail

Gmail Overview

After clicking the Create Signature button, two dialog boxes will appear below it. A frame for you to enter the contents of the signature you want to initialize (support HTML as well), the other frame allows you to preview the contents of the signature. Finally, click Save Signature to save the signature template.

Now, every time you try to write or reply to a message, select 1 of the 4 corresponding signature forms that were created earlier, immediately, the contents of the signature will automatically be inserted into your email. You can also insert images and symbols into signatures with simple HTML codes. Note: Signature templates will only be used on computers using Firefox that have installed this extension and you have created the signature templates. Hopefully, your email will contain more messages with the information you used in your signature.
