Create signatures that match the email content in Gmail

Using signatures in your Gmail account is a way to create your own signature and personality. However, by default, only 1 signature is created for 1 account. If you want to create more signature templates, you can ask for help from Blank Cavans's Gmail signature.

If you have several Gmail accounts and want to create your own signature for your account to use for different purposes. For example, a signature is used to display lovely pictures when emailing friends; signature to display wishes at email to family or signature showing information, contact details as well as work agencies used for business purposes .

However, by default, Gmail only allows you to create 1 signature for each account. Blank Cavans's Gmail will be your "assistant" if you are constantly re-ordering your signature for every email delivery.

Blank Cavans's Gmail signature is 1 Firefox extension that allows you to create a signature for your Gmail account to use for 4 different purposes: Default (default), Family (Family), friends (Friends) and public Business (Business). In response to the content of each email, you can choose one of these 4 signature templates to automatically insert in your email.

After installing and restarting Firefox, every time you compose a message (Compose Mail) or reply directly to an Inbox (Reply), at the back of the frame enter the recipient's address, you will see an additional option to initialize the signature. You will be given 4 signature templates to use for your mailing purposes. Choose 1 of the 4 patterns and click Create Signature to start creating.

After clicking the Create Signature button, two dialog boxes will appear below it. A frame for you to enter the contents of the signature you want to initialize (support HTML as well), the other frame allows you to preview the contents of the signature. Finally, click Save Signature to save the signature template.

Now, every time you try to write or reply to a message, select 1 of the 4 corresponding signature forms that were created earlier, immediately, the contents of the signature will automatically be inserted into your email. You can also insert images and symbols into signatures with simple HTML codes.

Note : Signature templates will only be used on computers using Firefox that have installed this extension and you have created the signature templates.
