TimeLineX 2011 has an aluminum alloy design and is thinner than the previous TimeLine X series.
New versions with less design changes compared to a year ago include aluminum and lightweight covers. TimeLineX 2011 uses Intel Core i Sandy Bridge low power processor i3 or i5. GeForce GT520M or 540M graphics card to play games while keeping up to 8 hours of continuous use with Nvidia Optimus technology.
In addition, the new generation of Acer laptops also has Dolby Home Audio, HDMI, USB 3.0 and wireless digital content transfer technology and DLNA support. Users have two choices of colors are blue and black.
The new TimeLineX series includes three versions of the 3830T 13.1-inch screen, weighing 1.86 kg with an optical drive option. The 4830T and 5830T models with 14-inch and 15.6-inch screens weigh 2.22 kg and 2.54 kg respectively. The trio is priced from 599, 699 and 799 USD.
