So iOS 14.4 was officially released by Apple after the previous beta tests with developers and public Beta users.

The update with iPadOS 14.4, WatchOS 7.3 brings a lot of new bright features to help you use your iPhone better. Here are the new features on the official iOS 14.4.

1. Understand the Bluetooth device that iPhone is connecting to

The new iOS 14.4 is able to specify the device type for Bluetooth-connected audio devices with iPhone so that Headphone Sound Level measurements can be performed accurately. You do the following.

Step 1. Go to Settings> Bluetooth> press the letter i at the name of the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Select Device Type, now you choose the type of device such as Speakers, Headphones, Car Stereo, .

2. New features of the Camera app in iOS 14.4

Apple has upgraded the iPhone camera software for smaller QR code recognition.

There's also a new message on the iPhone 12 series that will let you know when the camera module can't be verified as a new and genuine Apple camera. This primarily affects repairs and helps owners confirm the camera is legitimate.

3. The ECG expands to more countries

Available in the US, the ECG feature for Apple Watch Series 4 and newer is now available in Japan, Mayotte, Philippines, and Thailand. These regions are also now eligible for irregular heartbeat notifications.

4. The new Find My app

With the New Find app, when you launch the app's new features a screen appears. Includes support for third-party accessories, improved notifications for your friends and family, and Find My Network helps you locate lost items, even when not connected to Wi-Fi .

Apple introduced the Find My Items feature for the Find My app, which allows third-party manufacturers to create Apple's AirTags tracking device. The only device to take advantage of this so far is Belkin's in-ear headphones.

5. Apple Watch Time to Walk Workout

The new Time to Walk feature is now available on Apple Fitness +. With this new Unity watch face and Apple Fitness + Time to Walk feature, artists like Dolly Parton and Shawn Mendes can walk with you and tell you a story.

6. Feature to update iPhone experience with HomePod mini speaker

The iOS 14.4 release updates the HomePod mini speaker suitability feature. Adding a new ultra-wide-band distribution (UWB) feature that has long been promised will allow the iPhone to stream music, calls and podcasts between the two devices more seamlessly.

Now, this feature uses the U1 chip to detect the distance of the iPhone with the HomePod mini for a better streaming experience.

7. See what kind of AirPods Max headband you're using

The AirPods Max headband is removable. And the cool thing that iFixit has discovered is that you can remove the entire headband with just one SIM card or paper clip removal tool without opening the ear cups.

Now, the iPhone can see the type of headband AirPods Max in use. Helps to accurately display the interface of AirPods Max on the device. Although Apple has yet to announce this, it is likely that they will appear in the future.

Allowing you to customize your headband, along with easily swapping out ear cups, will make your AirPods Max even more attractive.

8. Black History Month anniversary limited edition

Apple has announced the new Unity Watch face collection in honor of Black History Month. The collection includes new Unity Watch faces and Black Unity sports bands.
