Video tutorial on changing the Start menu color on Windows.
Windows allows you to change the colors of the Start Menu, Taskbar, and Action Center, customizing the operating system interface to your personal preferences. This makes your computer interface look fresher, more attractive, and better suited to your style, instead of using the default system colors.
Users can choose colors in Accent color from a palette that Windows will apply to the Start menu, Taskbar, and Action Center when enabled. If disabled, these areas will remain black or the default colors we've set for the system. Users simply need to access the Personalization > Colors management interface and set the color for the Start menu.
