The Kasadi River in Navi Mumbai, near the Indian state of Maharashtra has long been heavily polluted by industrial waste, especially the dye of the companies that discharge directly into the river. River water quality testing shows that pollution levels have increased by 13 times the safety limit.
The white fur of the dogs turned completely blue after they drank and bathed in this polluted river.
