Notion AI can become your high-quality daily work note-taking assistant, automating tasks from editing and summarizing content to translating languages. Users can use Notion AI to summarize lecture content and meetings directly without any additional effort. Below is a guide on how to quickly summarize content using Notion AI.
Summary of Notion AI usage guide
Step 1:
You log into Notion AI using your Google account. On the interface, we will create a new content page by clicking the plus sign as shown below.
Step 2:
Next, enter a name for the session or meeting, then select "Record meeting with AI" at the bottom of the interface.
At this point, Notion will ask you to allow access to the microphone so that it can record your voice directly.
Step 3:
After obtaining permission to use the microphone, we proceed with live recording, and the recording process begins immediately.
The time the voice recording was done live on Notion AI during the meeting or lecture will be displayed next to it for your reference.
Step 4:
Notion AI automatically generates a title for the summary based on the audio content, or you can fill it in manually. It then displays the summary as shown below.
At the end of a class or meeting, you'll have the main points summarized concisely from Notion AI.
