Recover deleted files from the cloud service
Basically, cloud services like Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox are quite similar, users upload files to the cloud service and these files will be synchronized with other clients.
Assuming that in some cases you accidentally delete important files on cloud services, you should not worry too much because you can still restore these files. In the article below, Network Administrator will guide you how to recover deleted files on Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox.
1. Dropbox
Dropbox has a way to store files other than Google or Microsoft. There are no recycle bin or Recycle Bin, instead deleted files will not be moved from their location. In other words, these files are hidden. So if you want to restore or permanently delete files, you need to access the folder you deleted and hide the folders.
To do this, click the little trash icon located in the top right corner and the Show deleted files button will display.
Alternatively, right-click and select Show deleted files .
At this time, the list of files that you have deleted is displayed. Your task is to right-click the file and select Restore . to restore the file. Or click Permanently delete to delete these files permanently.
A confirmation dialog will appear, your task is to click Restore to restore the files.
For free accounts, Dropbox will store up to 30 files, which the user has deleted, so that users can restore files.

2. Google Drive
To recover deleted files on Google Drive, first click the Trash icon located on the sidebar. Now the screen will display all the files that you have deleted.
You can select one or more files and even all files, then right-click it and select Restore to restore files or click Delete forever to permanently delete these files.
Note:
In the top right corner you also see 2 similar options.
The quickest way to delete all files in the Recycle Bin is to click the arrow icon next to the Trash icon on your files. From the menu you select Empty trash.

3. Microsoft OneDrive
With Microsoft OneDrive, the files you deleted will be stored in Recycle Bin. You can find the Recycle Bin in the bottom left corner of the navigation panel.
After opening the Recycle Bin, you will see the files you deleted here.
If you want to restore files, click Restore all items . Or if you want to permanently delete all files, click Empty recycle bin .
If you want to restore a particular file, select the files and select Restore to restore the files or Delete to delete the files or select Properties to view the file properties.
