Quickly open the Control Panel tools

- Right-click on the Taskbar > Properties > select Start Menu tab> in the first section " Start menu ", click the " Customize " button.

- In the " Customize Start Menu " window> select the " Advanced " tab.

- In the Start menu Items dialog - Control Panel , check " Display as a menu " (means "Display as a list"). Then, click the " OK " button to complete this selection.
