HP has launched a netbook called Compad Mini 700 with a 10.2-inch screen, beautifully designed and configured like other netbooks.
HP has launched a netbook called Compad Mini 700 with a 10.2-inch screen, beautifully designed and configured like other netbooks.
This is the first netbook HP has two brands HP and Compad (previously HP only). Mini 700 is equipped with Atom Intel processor, 60 GB HDD. Compared to some other netbooks like the Mini 1000 and the Vivienne Tam 1000 Special Edition Mini, the two previous models use SSD 8 and 16 GB solid-state drives.
Mini 700 has 1 GB RAM, integrated webcam, microphone, memory card reader, two USB ports. In addition, the current version has a 3-cell battery, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth and HSDPA. It runs on Windows XP operating system, priced at 594 USD.
