To see a Slide Show from the first slide
- From the View menu, click Slide Show
To view a Slide Show from the current slide
- Click the Slide Show icon on the left side of the PowerPoint screen or press Shift + F5 .
To switch to the next slide during the slideshow
- Press Enter
To switch back to a previous slide during a slideshow
- Press Backspace key
To move to a special slide during the slideshow
- Right-click on the current slide and select Go to Slide
- Select the slide you want
Pause Slide presentation
- Right-click on the current slide (while playing) and select Pause
Return to a black screen
- Right-click on the current slide (while playing)
- Point to Screen and select Black Screen
Return to a white screen
- Right-click on the current sile (while playing)
- Point to Screen and select White Screen .
Cursor options
Automatic Pointer is the default cursor in the slide show. When setting automatically, the cursor will disappear after 15 minutes.
Use arrow cursor
- The arrow cursor (Arrow) is always displayed during the presentation
Select the arrow cursor
- Right-click on the current slide (while playing)
- Choose Pointer Options and click on Arrow
Change the cursor to a pen
By changing the cursor into a pen, you can write it on the slide during the slide show
- Right-click on the current slide (while playing)
- Select Pointer Options and click Pen
Change the pen color
- Right-click on the current slide (while playing).
- Select Pointer Options and click Ink Color
- Choose the color you want
