Microsoft released a series of non-bootable patches for Windows 10 on PCs with AMD chips
This article is in the series: Overview of vulnerabilities on Intel, AMD, ARM chips: Meltdown and Specter. Please read all the articles in the series to get information as well as take steps to protect your device against these two serious security holes.
In order to fix errors that cannot be booted on an AMD-based computer with Windows 10 installed, Microsoft sent users an official update after blocking updates that addressed the previous Meltdown and Specter vulnerabilities.
Three new updates including Build 16299.194, Build 15063.877 and Build 14393.2034 come with fixes for the vulnerabilities found for devices using Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, Creators Update and Anniversary Update.
To proceed with the update, you can go to Settings -> select Updates & Security -> select Windows Update . Or you can download the patches and install manually according to the following download links:

Windows 10 Build 14393.2034 KB4057142.
Windows 10 Build 15063.877 KB4057144.
Along with a patch for Windows 10, Microsoft also released non-bootable patches and blue screens for Windows 7 on PCs with AMD chips.
