Set up Windows to send email notifications every time you log in to your user account on your computer
To set up Windows to send email notifications every time you log in to your user account on your computer, we must rely on the support of the 3rd application.
The third application that Network Administrator mentioned here is SendEmail application.
You can download the application to your computer and install it here.
Note : Only download TLS supported versions.
Also you can use Blat application. However, the limitation of Blat is that it does not support TLS (TLS is a secure encryption and mailing protocol for both incoming and outgoing mail traffic) - one of the integrated protocols on Email services. like Gmail.
After downloading SendEmail application, proceed to extract the program file and install. You can save the unzipped file in C drive so that others cannot access the program without Admin rights.
Next on the Start Menu, type Task Scheduler to search and open the Task Scheduler application.
After opening Task Scheduler, click on the Create Task option in the right pane to open the Create Task window.
In the Create Task window, enter the name in the Name, Description (description) box and select Run whether the user is logged on or not.
Note: Options are not saved yet.
Next navigate to the Triggers tab, then click on New at the bottom of the window to create New Trigger.
In the New Trigger window, select the At log on option located in the dropdown menu of Begin the Task, then select Any user .
Once done, click OK to save the changes.

In the New Action window, enter the SendEmail application path under the Program or Script field , then add the following statement to the Add arguments field:

Note:
When adding a memory statement, replace yourEmail@gmail.com with your email address and PASSWORD as your email account login password.
Alternatively, if you wish, you can edit the email subject [-u] and email content [-m].

- f : From email address.
- t : Go to Email address.
