Instructions on creating worksheets in Canva

Canva offers a wide variety of assignment templates that you can use for any topic or subject. Specifically, you can use Magic Switch or Magic Edit in Canva to modify the content of the assignment sheet, add AI illustrations, and make it more engaging for students. Below is a guide on creating assignment sheets in Canva.

 

How to create worksheets in Canva

Step 1:

In the Canva interface, enter the keyword "assignment sheet" to search for templates. Then, below, select the type of assignment sheet you want to search for .

Step 2:

You will see many worksheet templates on Canva. Choose the worksheet style you like best to continue editing.

 

Step 3:

Once inside the assignment sheet editing interface in Canva, you can use the tools to modify the content and illustrations used in the assignment sheet.

We use Magic Write in Canva to modify the text in the worksheet.

Next, click on Components to insert the illustrations you want into your Canva worksheet. Enter keywords for the graphics you want to insert into the worksheet to search, then click on the illustration and insert it into the Canva worksheet, adjusting it as needed.

 

Step 4:

Finally, you proceed to download the assignment sheet from Canva as usual. Click on the formatting style for the assignment sheet you want to download from Canva.
