How to use Image Capture on Mac to manage photos on iPhone / iPad
On the Mac, there is a useful application called Image Capture, which allows users to manage all the pictures or videos in the iPhone or iPad. This application is available in the Mac section of the Applications section, so we do not need to install any additional software or applications that can support deleting photos and videos from iPhone / iPad right on the Mac Convenient and fast.
When transferring all images from iPhone / iPad to Mac, users can easily view all images, videos. Hence avoid mistaken operations such as deleting important photos. Besides, you can perform photo selection operations with a simple mouse click or mouse click.
Delete images on iPhone / iPad with Image Capture
Step 1:
First of all, you need to connect your iPhone or iPad to your Mac via a USB cable.
Note , to be able to use Image Capture you need to use a USB connection between two devices.
Step 2:
We open the Image Capture application on the Mac. Next go to Applications folder to search for Image Capture application .
Step 3:
In the Image Capture application interface, you look at the sidebar section Devices will appear the device that is paired with the Mac . You choose an iPhone or iPad device.
Soon we will see all pictures or videos in the Camera Roll section . If you get a message asking to "trust your device" from a Mac, or to "trust your computer" from the corresponding iOS device, click Yes to continue.
Step 4:
In the photo list on iPhone / iPad, users can select the photo or video you want to delete and then press the Delete button.
Step 5:
We will receive a message whether we want to delete the selected images . If you want to delete it, click the blue Delete button.
Thus, the images or videos you want to delete are no longer in the Image Capture application and even in the collection on the iPhone / iPad device. You do the same to delete other images and videos.
