How to Uninstall Cốc Cốc from Windows

You can uninstall the Cốc Cốc browser with Windows Settings or Control Panel. Before removing it, export any bookmarks you need and confirm that passwords, history, or extensions have synced if you want to keep them.

Uninstall Cốc Cốc in Windows Settings

1. Close every Cốc Cốc window.
2. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps in Windows 11, or Settings > Apps > Apps & features in Windows 10.
3. Find Cốc Cốc, open its menu, and select Uninstall.
4. Approve the Windows prompt and follow the browser's uninstaller.

Uninstall Cốc Cốc with Control Panel

1. Open Start, search for Control Panel, and open it.

   

2. Select Programs > Programs and Features.

   

3. Select Cốc Cốc in the program list, then choose Uninstall.

   

Decide whether to delete browsing data

The Cốc Cốc uninstaller may ask whether to remove local browsing data. Enable that option only if you no longer need the browser profile on this PC. Local bookmarks, cookies, history, saved sessions, and settings that have not synced may be lost.

If another Windows user still uses Cốc Cốc, do not delete shared or per-user profile folders without checking that account first.

If Cốc Cốc will not uninstall

• Restart Windows and try again before opening the browser.
• In Task Manager, end remaining Cốc Cốc processes, then rerun the uninstaller.
• Use the normal Windows uninstall entry rather than deleting the program folder manually.
• Remove leftover profile data only after verifying that the browser is gone and that no data is needed.
