How to prevent iPhone from automatically recording voice messages
This is a pretty convenient feature, but it can sometimes be annoying when you text with iMessage. When in the iMessage message interface, if you hold your phone up and hold it against your ear like when you hear a phone, the device will automatically start recording and when you put the phone down the process will stop, and you press Send to send. But sometimes the device's sensor will misunderstand when the device move is done similarly and automatically recording.
You can turn off this feature if you feel unnecessary and annoying.
Doing
• On an iOS device, go to Settings> Messages.
• Next, scroll down to the bottom of the interface. In the Audio Messages section, turn off the Raise to Listen option.
